SIGNATURE CONFERENCES
DEVCON
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund launched its latest professional development program, DevCon, to further equity and inclusion efforts by removing traditional barriers that prevent access to corporate opportunities. The inaugural conference – featuring 200 students from HBCUs from Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina – was held May 31 – June 4 in Charlotte, allowing TMCF to deepen institutional partnerships through cooperative regional marketing efforts to enhance student outcomes.
