and manage all kinds of complex eye conditions. Putting it quite simply, he states, “I have dedicated my life to improving the vision of my patients. Not everything is as cut and dried as offering cataract surgery or LASIK. Ophthalmology is not a one-size- fits-all field of medicine. Being able to offer myriad solutions for visual rehabilitation is of paramount importance. I love a challenge! If you’ve been told that you’re not a candidate for vision correction, please come see me!”
Tri-County’s facility is equipped with an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center, a setup which Dr. Griffith states, “is very convenient for our patients!” He is able to offer cataract surgery with the latest implants for the treatment of astigmatism and reading vision, blade-free LASIK and multiple other laser procedures, all types of corneal transplants including suture-less options, multiple glaucoma surgeries and lasers, collagen cross-linking for treatment of keratoconus, and the Implantable Collamer Lens for treatment of high levels of near-sightedness and astigmatism where LASIK is not an option.
These are but a few of the many procedures that Dr. Griffith is able to perform. He feels that “God has led me to the Coast...I look forward to serving this extremely welcoming community for years to come.”
