Twenty-seven years ago, Chrissy Herring- Cressey started making her artisanal chocolates in her kitchen. “I’m mostly self taught, but was trained under an amazing confectionary artist in Miami,” says Herring-Cressey. “She has made pieces for Regal Cinemas, and movies such as Shrek, Ice Age, and Spider-Man!”
Herring-Cressey has a passion for creating exceptional chocolates that combine unique flavors and ingredients. She even hand paints her chocolate pieces in her shop
in Gulfport!
