Ashleigh Fallo State Farm Insurance Agency
For five years, Ashleigh Fallo has educated the Gulf Coast on what insurance can do for them while building a powerful team. Having celebrating her five-year milestone anniversary on August 1, she reflects on all the accomplishments she set out to make long before she was an agency owner.
In just a short amount of time, Fallo doubled her workforce allowing her office to lend their expertise
to more customers all over Mississippi. Her Agency consistently performs in the top two percent of State Farm agencies out of three states in the Southeastern market.
Recently, one of her team members, Connor Arnoult, has been selected to own his own agency in Chattanooga, Tennesse. The intent of an owner is to always watch your employees succeed, and Fallo has had the honor of doing just that.
As a mom of two beautiful toddlers, Hannah and Cole, she knows how hard it is to be a working mom. Fallo takes a lot of pride that her office is full of four amazing working moms, and two great men, so in January she set a goal
for her team members to work towards a four-day work week. They met that goal in July. She is honored to be
able to provide flexibility for her team to spend time with their families because she knows the importance of family – hence why she is passionate about taking care of your family.
One thing about her office is that they are very hands on: whether that be with claims, billing, or overall customer service. Fallo knows she has one of the best teams whose main goal is to take care of their customers, always.
If she could give any advice to those wanting to own a business, it would be, “Don’t let any person or obstacle stand in the way of your dreams.” She was turned away from her vision several times before getting her own agency. With every let down, she continued to persevere for herself and her family, letting faith be greater than fear.
