Jeanne Brackin has always loved creating beautiful things and shedding God’s light into a dark world through the work of her hands. “To Him be the glory,” says Brackin. “After my husband died unexpectedly, I went from two incomes to one overnight. I prayed and asked God for His wisdom and direction, and Sadie Jane’s was borne of His will for my life!”
Brackin made the decision to leave her full time job in 2010 so she could fully commit and put her all into building Sadie Jane’s. “When I took that leap of faith and fully trusted God to provide financially and to grow my business, His blessings were truly miraculous,” she says. “When you fully put your trust in Him and know and believe that He has provided an opportunity that you have prayed for for so long, you have to fully commit and never look back.”
Fifteen years after it first began, Sadie Jane’s has both relocated and expanded. Sadie Jane’s Famous Wreaths and Gifts and its sister store, Sadie Jane’s Fresh, can now both be found in the same plaza off Courthouse Road. Sadie Jane’s Fresh is the perfect addition to the Sadie Jane’s name, offering a wide variety of fresh flowers and high-end gift items.

Foundations is an intimate boutique offering professional bra fitting to ladies on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. “Our service is personal to each of our clients,” says owner Melissa Lagos. “We know how challenging it may be to find the correctly-fitted bra for all circumstances.
