Dalenah Tanner and Ashlei Johnson have the same vision, drive, and passion for their jobs. They strive to bring new and exciting energy to all aspects of the business. They both graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with degrees in the hospitality industry. They have many years in the hospitality and sales fields, which brings a varied background between the two of them.
Tanner is the hotel director and revenue manager for South Beach
and recently took on the role of
director of administration for Big Play Entertainment. She is very passionate about her job and taking care of her work family. When not at work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Johnson is the director of sales and marketing and has been part of the South Beach team for over four years. Her passion for excellence can be felt
in every event and marketing idea she takes on. Away from South Beach, she enjoys planning fundraisers and events for her daughter’s school, Nativity BVM Elementary. She can also be found in the stands on Friday nights cheering
on the her stepson and the St Martin Yellow Jackets.
The two have remained a constant driving force on the Mississippi Gulf Coast as a team for going on five years. Both complement each other in their individual roles. They both genuinely love what they do and are very excited to continue to strive and succeed in the industry.
