Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
I have always wanted to own a small business. The concept of opening Alpha-Lit Marquee Letters came during the COVID pandemic in 2020. Alpha-Lit Mississippi Gulf Coast is currently celebrating three years of success as a small business on the Mississippi and Alabama Gulf Coast. My husband, Derrel T. Wilson, had a huge influence on inspiring me to open Alpha-Lit Letters. After we saw the success of Alpha-Lit Dallas and Alpha- Lit Nashville, we knew immediately that the Gulf Coast needed lit marquee letters for their celebrations.
What I like best about what I do is:
I enjoy meeting new people, communicating with clients from start to finish, and traveling to all the unique locations. I love working with the Gulf Coast community and helping our clients celebrate their special events.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:
“You have to believe in yourself before anyone else will.”

FALLON’S GOURMET
2308 25th Ave., Gulfport 228.575.5090 • www.fallonsgourmet.com
Having recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, Fallon’s Gourmet in Gulfport is a well-known one stop shop for family-style
meals that taste just like momma made ‘em.
Owner Fallon Josef, a proud mother of three, knows the
importance of fast but nutritious meals for the whole family. Growing up in a large, food-loving family, she learned to cook
alongside her mother, father, and grandmothers. She uses several of her family’s special recipes, such as Clayton D’s
spaghetti sauce and Grandma’s cornbread dressing. Whether you stop by for lunch, grab a frozen casserole,
or just a pound of her famous smoked pecan chicken salad, a delicious meal awaits. Fallon’s wants to ensure that Coast
families have a high-quality home cooked meal, no matter how hectic their schedules are during the week.
“Delicious meals from our family to yours,” is Josef’s motto.
Fallon’s has been family owned and operated since 2013.
