Gina Sabbatini opened Gina’s Clothing & Jewelry Boutique 17 years ago. Her daughter, Emily Bowman, has always helped out behind the scenes as a buyer, but will have a greater presence in the store now that the mother/daughter duo has joined forces.
Not only does Emily have an eye for fashion and is able to coordinate the perfect outfits and accessories for each customer, but she is also adding managing the boutique’s growing social media presence to her to-do list.
“We have something for the professional, the fun, the coastal casual, and the unique,” they say.
Popular brands they carry include Joseph Ripkoff, Johnny Was, Bella Dahl, Uncle Frank, Catherine Popesco, Sorrelli, and Betty Carre.

Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? My love for cooking, entertaining and business created a perfect opportunity to explore this venture. Couple that with a need for different food options in our community and room for growth led to our little Market in our little town.
My greatest successes have been: I think the idea of success is defined differently for each of us. For me, in this moment in time, I’d say it has been finding ways to keep a new business open, running, and growing in the unprecedented times of COVID. It has been a tremendous amount of work, but by far our greatest success at the moment!
What’s something interesting about you that not many people know? I have an intense passion for fitness, specifically weightlifting. I also live on a little farm with my husband, Kenny, our little herd of children, and a wide assortment of animals. Those animals largely include my favorites: chickens! I am a collector of sorts for exotic breeds, especially those that lay different colored eggs. I’m also
a podcast lover, particularly business and fitness minded shows. My kid’s have the Dave Ramsey Show phone number memorized from listening for so long!
