Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
Growing up I watched my dad, Kenny Smith, become a very successful, driven businessman. He opened this real estate company almost 50 years ago, and after getting my business degree I decided to join my dad and get my real estate license. I owe my father much of my success.
Advice I would give to a young female entreprenure: Always give more than you recieve. Always be up front, trustworthy and personable with everyone you meet. You never know who you are going to meet so always be your best version. It’s always the little things that make the biggest difference in this world. Go above and beyond every chance you get. Never be just okay, Always be the extrordinary person you are!
