Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs:
Set your goals and focus on them. Post the goals where everyone can see them and hold you accountable to reaching them. We really believe that what you focus on expands. Also, having a mentor that helps you along the way is one thing we would advise any young female entrepreneur to have. Fourteen years ago, Brenda was Amanda’s mentor when she was a new agent in the industry. Brenda guided Amanda through all the ups and downs of the Real Estate market and now they are partners in Coastal Realty Group with nearly 30 agents. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve what you want; you determine your own success.
My greatest successes have been:
Bringing up the next generation of top producing agents. We love giving back to our agents through training, support, brainstorming sessions and maybe
even some down time with a little home cooking thrown in throughout the week. Looking back through the years, there are so many successful agents that wouldn’t be in the business had they not had the opportunity to start in an office that set them up for success.
