Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career?
My dad, who will always be my drive to do what I do. My dad taught me to think outside of the box and to
do things that others say can’t be done. This business has always been the connection that holds my family together, and hopefully will continue for many generations to come.
What I like best about what I do is: That’s easy; it’s the people. My customers have became an extension of family to me throughout the years. They always have a smiling face waiting to tell me all about their
day. It really is a joy to be able to have Captain Al’s be a part of their special occasion or just help make a memorable day.
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs: It is not easy being a successful woman in the business world, but that doesn’t mean it is impossible. It’s a lot of hard work, determination, and sacrifice. Always surround yourself with people who are as equally driven as you are, who want you to succeed and who support you to always be your best. Their passion to achieve greatness will fuel your fire.
