This last year has been a pivotal year for me in my career. I was with Keller Williams for so many years,and I absolutely loved every day of it, but felt in order to grow I needed to get myself out of my comfort zone and take my career to that next level. My reasons for doing this were to not only challenge myself but to better serve my clients.
I choose Century 21 for many reasons, including the family orientation of the business and, most importantly, for the new modern and high tech tools they have. I am able to utilize these tools to better serve my top investors and military base relocation families.
I continue to develop The Phillips Team with two of the most amazing buyers agents who have become my family. Our key role is to guide our clients through the buying and selling processes. Because we sell as a group, we miss nothing and do our best to make our clients’ end results what they had hoped for.
Along with my administrative assistant, Katie Waltman, we run a tight operation and make all the wheels of real estate turn. I owe a lot to my local investors that trust me to help them in their contributions to the Coast. I am also thankful for my family for helping me soar doing what I love. There are many weekends, late nights, and highs and lows in this job, but the purchase of a home or property is such a large and important phase in people’s lives. We are all in, which is why we succeed.
