Pop Brothers can take a favorite dessert or exotic fruit and turn it into a three-ounce mind-blowing experience, and according to co-owner Shannon Arzola, that is why their popsicles are such a fun and unique product.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 package of your favorite avor of Polk’s Smoked Sausage • 8 oz roasted red peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 6 mozzarella sticks, cut into bite-sized pieces
• Italian dressing
• Cocktail toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grill or saute the Polk’s Smoked Sausage
2. Skewer one piece of smoked sausage, one piece of
pepper, and one piece of cheese onto toothpicks.
Repeat process with remaining ingredients. 3. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
