Lynn says, “We really work closely with our clients. Every client I’ve ever had has turned into a great friend. Buying
or selling a home is a very personal, important process. You have to establish trust. You have to be knowledgeable of the market. You have to be available. We will provide all of that and more.”
Lynn’s understanding of client service was heightened during her decade
of ownership of a specialty gift and stationery shop. In her shop, she worked closely with clients in the development of items like wedding invitations and birth announcements. She felt the transition into real estate was a natural one because she could continue to
work closely with clients during major milestones in their lives.
