What sets us apart from others in our eld is: We are two female owners
in the male dominated restaurant franchise business. Combined, we have experience
in business and marketing with strong sales foundations as well as technical backgrounds in computer engineering. Together we
form a diverse powerhouse in business, management, and hospitality.
What we like best about what we do is: We love that we bring a fresh,
new concept to the Gulf Coast, providing breakfast and brunch every day in a fun and trendy environment. We have the wonderful opportunity to serve our customers feel-good food, and to see the smiles on their faces
after they’ve enjoyed our sweet and savory
delights. “It’s pretty awesome lagniappe that we have the exclusive bene t of starting off each day with stuffed French toast, beignets and signature coffees! How lucky are we?”
Advice we would give to young female entrepreneurs: Invest in yourself and the people around you. Take classes to sharpen your skills, consult with masters in the eld, and spend time with experts who can help you to grow and ourish. Iron sharpens iron.
Our greatest successes have been:
Embarking on a new journey into restaurant franchise ownership, and successfully bringing the Brick & Spoon concept to the Gulf Coast.
