Advice we would give to young female entrepreneurs:
Set a goal and stay focused on it. We believe that what you focus
on expands. Post your goal where everyone can see it to hold you accountable to reaching it. Having a mentor that helps you along the way is one thing that we would advise any young female entrepreneur
to have. Twelve years ago, Brenda was Amanda’s mentor when she was a new agent in the industry. She guided Amanda through all the ups and downs of the real estate market, and now they are partners in Coastal Realty Group. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve what you want; you determine your own success.
Our greatest successes have been:
Bringing up the next generation of top producing agents. We love giving back to our agents through training, support, brainstorming sessions, and maybe even some time down time with a little home cooking thrown in throughout the week! Looking back through the years, there are so many successful agents that wouldn’t be in the business had they not had opportunity to start in an of ce that would set them up for success.
