STUNNING DINING
There are many sleek white cabinets with marble countertops in the kitchen. Decorative pendant lights hang over the island. The dining area has a table surrounded by rush-covered chairs. Built-in cabinetry on the side includes a wet bar and wine refrigerator.
An interesting feature at the back door is a built- in cubby used for an inside dog house. Nearby is the cheerful black and white laundry room that must make it fun to do laundry.
On this side of the house there’s an upstairs in- law suite that has everything needed for creature comfort, including a pop-up television set, outstanding millwork, a sitting area and fully- appointed bathroom.
Each of the home’s five bedrooms has a bathroom. Back to the foyer where antelope patterned
carpet leads up the stairs to a play room and four bedrooms. The play room is enjoyed by Reid,
8, and Molly, 6. It features a custom made desk and art table. Color reigns on the walls of their bedrooms – green for Reid and pink for Molly.
A tray ceiling and soft blue walls are the focal points in the master bedroom where there’s a painting of the farm house where Lindsay grew up.
She refers to the guest room as a “second master bedroom” with its many amenities that include access to a balcony.
