De nitely the creative process! I nd bits of inspiration everywhere and I love the ever- changing nature of this business...design, customization and all things art!
Advice I would give to young female entrepreneurs: I would suggest surrounding
yourself with a solid team – one that is dedicated to supporting the vision you have for your brand/business. Knowing how and when to delegate tasks to your team is also very important.
My greatest successes have been: Finding my own rhythm and learning what sets me apart from the rest of the industry!
