Donna Neal began her career in the U.S. Air Force as a laboratory technician. She later went on to blood banking/salvaging and establishing point of care lab systems during open heart surgery alongside her husband, who was chief cardiac perfusionist in local hospitals.
In 2004, Neal began RBC Medical Services, PLLC. RBC Medical Services was established to provide autologous blood therapy through cell saver and platelet rich plasma for outpatient surgery centers and local hospitals. RBC
Medical employs three full time registered autologous blood therapists, Tracy Haynes, RABT, Angelica Carrasco, RABT and Danielle Husley, RABT.
In 2016, Neal wanted to expand medical services of platelet rich plasma (PRP) to a medi-spa clinic. PRP uses your own blood components in healing and rejuvenation with minimal downtime or discomfort. The clinic provided platelet rich plasma skin rejuvenation and cryolipolysis, but it did not stop there. This year, Southern Regenerative Health Clinic was
started to incorporate the medi-spa services and family practice medicine.
Lauren Gaters, FNP-C, joined the clinic to provide family practice medicine and walk-in acute care to all ages. The clinic continues
to provide several options using platelet
rich plasma, including skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, joint injections, eye drops and wound care. The clinic also provides cryolipolysis for fat reduction in stubborn areas of the body. Its nurse practitioner also provides Botox facial treatments.
