My greatest business strengths are: Self-motivation, creativity and organization. When I am given a task to do, I make sure I study and learn the correct way to do it. I am always reading, learning, and
trying to better myself.
In five years I would like to see my business: As a household name, one that everyone thinks of when they need flooring; the “go to” place.
I chose this particular business because: I love color and design. Ever since third grade I knew I wanted to be an interior
designer. As I grew up, my aspirations never changed. I now run our three branches
of Floor Trader along with
my husband, Keith. We feel that the Floor Trader brand is
a great fit for today’s market
as there are so many DIY customers. Our stock is so large that customers can take
products home that day if they want to. We can help with installation as well.
My inspiration comes from:
The colors and textures in nature. It gives me ideas to create posts for our marketing and in-store displays.
