Mariela Goodman
Mariela Goodman is a full time real estate agent who specializes in first time homebuyers, military relocation, foreclosure sales and residential sellers. A native of Peru, she made the Mississippi Gulf Coast her home in 1995, where she met her husband of 16 years, Roy. Together they have 3 beautiful children, Leslie, 14; Leanne, 12; and Alex, 11.
During her 15-year career in real estate, she has achieved several recognitions and awards, such as
the Coldwell Banker President’s Elite, President’s Circle, Multi-Million Dollar Roundtable at Biloxi-Ocean Springs Association of Realtors (BOSAR), Top Producer Club Round Table at GCAR, among many others. This year she made the list of Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in the Country for the fifth time, and is the only agent in the state of Mississippi to ever receive this recognition.
Goodman is very passionate about what she does, and dedicates
much of her time to helping the Hispanic community of the Gulf Coast achieve the American dream of homeownership. She does this by offering seminars for first time homebuyers and participating in events and outreach programs focused in helping this growing community.
