About: Dr. Kao is originally from South Carolina, where she was an undergrad at USC and then went to medical school at MUSC in Charleston. She did her OB/GYN training at Tulane University in New Orleans. There, she met her husband, Michael, and they decided to put down roots on the Gulf Coast. In addition to exploring their new home, they enjoy listening to live music and traveling together.
