Since 1988, Nursing Management, Inc.’sTM purpose has been to provide quality health care and client education to individuals in home, group, and institutional settings.
A board of directors, offering comprehensive home care services in the State of Mississippi governs NMI.
Referrals for NMI home care services are received from physicians, hospital discharge planners, Medicaid Waiver Program case managers, Area on Aging community agencies, family members, friends, and often the clients themselves. Referrals for industry organizations, Casinos, Chambers of Commerce and the Tourism Commission.
NMI will schedule field staff for shifts that meet the needs of the client.
Field staff work scheduled shifts
that are prearranged, by the client
or responsible party of the client, through the NMI office. Occasionally, a field staff member, client or primary care giver may have to change the shift after it has been schedules. If you need to change a prearranged scheduled, please notify NMI a day in advance and we will notify you of field staff changes.

You To Your Current Position: I started working in construction sales in 1996. After Hurricane Katrina I saw a need for flooring services and started my own
business. Builders have given me insight and are the reason I’ve stayed in business.
What Do You Like Best About What You Do? Working with customers to help them put their houses together and giving them the best prices possible.
What Sets You Apart From Others In The Same Field? For everything I do in the field, April is the back bone in the office with day-to-day operations and handling inside sales. We make a good team.
My Strengths Are: Working with customers from start to finish to give them outstanding service.
