Hawaiian Kabobs
Ingredients: Mango, pineapple, papaya, whole cherries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon
For meat lovers: add marinated pork, chicken or beef
Slide 1 inch to 1 1⁄2 inch cubes of fruit on wooden or steel skewers and arrange in your own decorative patterns.
Take sweet and sour sauce and brush onto fruit as desired for your taste.
Sprinkle a little sea salt on the fruit.
Set grill to 375 to 400 degrees.
Line the kabobs across the grill and turn every 2 min. for 10 min.
Secret: Lightly brush a little Worcestershire when you first put the skewers on.
Mark’s Famous Infused Hamburgers
2 lbs. ground chuck 80/20
2 teaspoons of Cajun spice
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of A-1 steak sauce
1/2 minced onion sautéed
1/4 cup of jalapeños, diced and seeds
removed
8 oz. of grated pepper jack cheese
Hand mix all the ingredients together and make 8
patties.
Grill to desired taste and serve on a split top hamburger bun. Note: You can use any combination that you enjoy such as, Swiss cheese and mushroom, salsa and cheddar cheese or provolone with pineapple. There are thousands of variations you can try.
