Jo and Michele Clarke know that the secret to overall health
is more than just making a few changes here and there – it’s about adopting a healthy lifestyle. The husband and wife duo operate
Eat Right Meal Prep, and are huge believers in a healthy lifestyle supported by a balanced diet.
“While exercise is important, it only makes up about 30 percent of your overall health,” Jo said. “That’s where diet comes into play. The foods we put into our bodies are so important, and they can make or break even the best exercise routines.”

“We provide fresh and convenient, yet a ordable restaurant-quality prepared meals,” Jo said. “Our weekly meal plans are perfectly portioned to help clients either lose weight, bulk up, or maintain your weight by eating clean healthy food.” A variety of meal plans are available, including options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
