Steve’s Marina Restaurant has been around since 2000. Hurricane Katrina shut it down, but it was able to re- open in 2011 and is still going strong. Restaurants come and go on the Coast, but Steve’s seems especially resilient, and for good cause. Coast foodies, and regulars from New Orleans, rave about the food at Steve’s, but there is more
to this success story than just a good gumbo.

The view of the Long Beach harbor is unique, service is friendly, with the feel of a family working together, you have your choice of sitting inside or out, and you can hang out on the ground floor bar if you are in the mood. Long before the other raised beach front restaurants became a craze on the Coast, Steve’s was doing it right.
