Dr. Harper, a native of Moss Point,
MS, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy
of Pediatrics. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a BS degree in Chemistry, Dr. Harper pursued her Medical Degree at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. She further completed her Residency and medical training in Pediatrics at the USA College of Medicine. She started her career at The Pediatric Center of Gulfport, affiliated with Garden Park Physician Group, in February 2006, after serving nearly 5 years as an ER attending physician at USA Children’s and Women’s Evaluation Center of Mobile, AL. Dr. Harper is married to Dr. Oswago Harper, a native of Gulfport, MS.

School at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed
her Pediatric Residency at University
of Florida – Sacred Heart Pensacola. After serving as Pediatric Chief Resident at University of Florida – Sacred Heart, she entered private practice. Dr. Frank relocated to the MS Gulf Coast and joined Garden Park Physician Group
in July 2011 and currently practices
at The Pediatric Center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is accepting new patients.
