S pring has finally arrived, and that means it’s time for one of the most amazing occasions of the year: crawfish season! It’s time to get out your large pot, grab your seasonings and a plethora of add-ins, and get ready to
boil up some of the Good Lord’s finest creations.
Most everyone I know loves crawfish. I don’t mind saying
a little prayer for those that don’t. Crawfish are spicy and messy and pair best with cold beer. They will also bring out your inner master chef.
I reached out to friends, family and acquaintances to see
where you could find the best crawfish. The resounding answer
was something along the lines of, “I cook the best crawfish.” I get
it. There’s something special about the magic that takes place inside
that large pot full of red-tinged water. However, if you prefer to leave
all of the hard work to someone else, there are so many great places along the Coast to satisfy your cravings. Check out a few of my favorites!
