For the health-conscious, Salute makes ordering easy. Look for the Salute Heart Healthy Seal Of Approval, which identifies hospital-approved menu items designed to be flavorful and healthy. “The recipes of these special dishes have been designed to prove that flavorful food can also be healthy,” says Stinson. Several Heart Healthy meals are available, including four vegan options.
Salute offers a fine dining experience in a casual dining atmosphere. “We have an open exhibition style kitchen that allows the amazing aromas of fresh garlic and herbs to fill the entire restaurant,” said Stinson of the restaurant’s design. “We want our restaurant to be a welcoming one with both indoor and outdoor dining space overlooking the Gulf.”
