Doe’s Eat Place at Biloxi’s Margaritaville Resort reopened on March 14 after Hurricane Zeta renovations and has delicious new menu o erings sure to please anyone looking for a great meal. Known nationally for steaks and tamales, there’s more than meets the eye at Doe’s.
According to Tessy Lambert with Lodging and Leisure Investments, the new Delta market platter is a crowd pleaser at every table since reopening. It features grilled smoked sausage with house pimento cheese, roasted garlic pecans, cheese cubes and Creole honey mustard and served with crackers.
Paying homage to its Delta roots, Doe’s also o ers Delta steak and onion soup, which features let medallions with Jack Daniels onion reduction topped with French bread and melted mozzarella for starters. And no Delta-inspired menu would be complete without cat sh. Doe’s Delta cat sh includes lets either blackened or fried. Although known for their steaks, the new garlic roasted chicken is sure to make your mouth water with fresh herbs, garlic and lemon butter.
With new menu o erings and time-tested favorites, Doe’s is a great place to have a delicious meal this summer, while enjoying other amenities at Margaritaville.
