The pool at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi is back in action this summer, and that means Tequila’s Bar & Grill is now open. The poolside restaurant features favorites including quesadillas, tacos, queso, fajitas and more. Plus, guests can dive into a cool selection of margaritas, frozen drinks and specialty cocktails.
Popular starters totopos – fresh tortilla chips, queso, house- made salsa, guac and salsa verde, perfect for sharing. Or, try the Southwestern egg roll with chicken, spinach, black beans and corn wrapped in crispy our tortillas and topped with chipotle avocado ranch.
With choices ranging from seafood to beef, taco enthusiasts are sure to nd something tasty to enjoy. Select grill or fried shrimp with tasty bang bang sauce or try the mahi tacos with a citrus marinated purple cabbage. There are also grilled steak, ground beef and shredded tacos.
Plus, dig into the short rib quesadilla with jalapenos, bacon and Cojita cheese, or have a fajita made of marinated chicken, grilled steak or Gulf shrimp and then pile it high with Spanish rice, grilled peppers, onions, tomato, sour cream and guacamole. Can’t decide on the fajitas? Get the combo and choose two meats.
Tequila’s also has burgers with plenty of choices to add to the all-beef patty, fried chicken tenders, chicken wings and the
footlong corn dog, deep fried and served with mustard sauce and fries.
When it comes to cool drinks, Tequila’s is ready to pour it
on. Margaritas – frozen or on the rocks – come in several avors and include the Cadillac with Casamigos tequila and Cointreau, the Rock (Teremana tequila) and the traditional with Jose Cuervo. Along with daiquiris, wine and beer, there are a number of specialty cocktails. The Watermelon Voo Doo features Grey Goose vodka and sour apple, while the Truly Hawaiian will send you to the islands with Fire y Lemon vodka and Blue Curacao.
Join the fun for the Tequila Sundays Kick-O Party on Sunday, May 30, starting at noon. Every Sunday during the summer months, guests can grab some friends and party poolside with food and drink specials. Plus, dance to live entertainment from the Coast’s hottest DJ, DJ San-D. There is a $25 entry fee.
