Noah’s o ers a slow brewed traditional Vietnamese Pho and plenty of seafood that can be served boiled, fried, or grilled. Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is as well. The servers and sta are very kind and create a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the local dishes. Afterwards, you will walk out with a full belly and a smile on your face.
This locally-owned family business is founded by Richard Trieu. He says, “My mom, Jackie Trieu, has always had a passion for cooking. She’s been cooking for over 40 years. We came
together to create a versatile, fusion menu for everyone to enjoy.”
Trieu’s parents have been cultivating the means for Noah’s throughout their lives. His father, Hiep Trieu, has worked in the shrimping industry for over 40 years. “Our restaurant is the fruition of my parents’ labor of love.” The Trieu family is bringing their delicious recipes and vast experience into Noah’s for their customers to savor.
Not only is the food amazing, but it’s also caught and bought locally. The Trieu family has their own shrimping boat called “Miss Anna” that provides much of their succulent seafood. They also support other local vendors.
If you want a meal that will make you want to dance in your seat, head to Noah’s. The Trieu family loves to cook and will be overjoyed to serve you up a family specialty of your choice.
