meets new at Mosaic Restaurant
& Bar in O Ocean Springs.
While Williams didn’t have experience in the food and beverage industry, rather, his background was in oil and gas, he knew an opportunity when he saw one. “Mosaic was already so well established, but I had a vision for where we could continue Arturo’s dream and take Mosaic to the next level.
That “next level” meant a full redesign of the restaurant, including ne-tuning the menu and completely renovating the indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
“We wanted to elicit a response of happiness, of a slower time,” Williams said. “Our style is reminiscent of 1930s Chicago or New Orleans, but in a subversive way. We o er that older aesthetic, but in the context of a modern environment.”
There’s no denying that the new Mosaic is a glimmer into the past.
