Mockingbird Café wouldn’t be a true café,
however, if it didn’t offer its fair share of rich coffee
and amazing sweets. Start with their traditional cookies. Sugar with Sprinkles, Dark Chocolate Espresso and Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt are baked from scratch each day. If muffins are more your style, you won’t be disappointed. Blueberry, Double Chocolate Chip, and Morning Glory are delicious options that pair perfectly with a house Rose Latte or MS Honey Bee Iced Coffee. But if you want something a little more decadent, I recommend the Lemon Feta Cookies with the Tequila Mockingbird. The perfect blend of zesty lemon and tart feta make up this hearty cookie, which is the perfect pairing for house-squeezed blood orange juice, rosemary-honey, simple syrup, and rosemary-infused tequila. It’s quite honestly one of the most perfect snack combinations you will find.
The Mockingbird Café is often referred to as “the living room of the Bay.” What a perfect and flattering homage to a truly delicious and unique restaurant. The Mockingbird proudly hosts a number of fun events throughout the year with one of
its most popular being “Dolly Should,” an incredible celebration and look-alike contest to recognize the birthday of the iconic Dolly Parton. The Mockingbird is also a proud participant in the Skip the Plastic initiative as a way to cut down on restaurant
waste. There aren’t enough amazing things you can say about this wonderful
establishment and you have to experience it yourself to truly
understand the magic.
