The Parkers’ kitchen is the
busiest area of the home. Here, Greg and Amy enjoy cooking together —
trying new foods and experimenting with flavors from around the world. “We love
to cook and entertain together,” said Amy.
“Having a kitchen that opens up to the living room creates a great space for enjoying time with our friends and family.” The couple also added a covered patio and outdoor kitchen to the home, complete with a grill, sink and workspace.
In the master bedroom, one of the standout features are two mismatched mirrors. “I found the first mirror and fell in love,” said Amy. “I was lucky enough to find a second mirror at an entirely different store that just happened to be a similar width and height!” She then refinished both mirrors with chalk paint and hung them over the bedside tables.
On the other side of the house are the home’s more masculine details. On the wall in the hallway hangs a print of a world record triple tail that Greg caught, which Amy had made into
