“THE CAMILLE,” one of the antebellum style homes Elliott has built reminiscent of the homes that graced the Coast prior to Hurricane Katrina, has won the Best in Mississippi Grand Award and a National Silver Award.
recent one: “Thank you to all of you for your dedication, work ethic and passion. It makes
me excited to wake up in the morning to see what you are achieving. The sky is your limit and I couldn’t be more honored to have you on our team.”
To keep the team motivated as one unit, Elliott also does things to have fun together such as planning family dinners and a company cruise. Renee Latch, the community manager in Acadian Gardens, laughs about the time he had the team try to shoot him with a paint ball gun.
Elliott Homes will be donating the information center to Lynn Meadows Discovery Center.
“I want this to be built off the values of the public and we will have a campaign to ask residents to help name the facility,” states Elliott. There are other things that may seem small such as volunteering at the center to show children the importance
of teamwork with moves from
his professional hockey days or repairing one of the facility’s structures that’s in need of repair.
As an animal lover, Elliott
has created a Pet of the Week Campaign with his staff. Currently, five pets have been showcased and four have found their dream homes. He says, “Everyone deserves a dream home, even our four-legged friends.”
There are plans in the works to build a high-end home to sell and use the proceeds to spread among local charities on the Coast. The Elliott Homes’ team is working together to decide on the final recipients. Brandon Elliott has made quite an impact on the Coast with many award-winning homes and his dedication to making the Gulf Coast a better place for all.
