The shop donates to several
local charities, organizations, and schools, including silent auction items to Junior Auxiliary Gulfport, the American Heart Association, CASA, and others. They provide sponsorships to Gulfport city schools and some county schools for yearbooks and sports.
“We have partnered with our vendors to raise money for a little boy who was born with a rare disorder that his insurance would not cover, and he is being raised
by a single mother in Mississippi,” Fairley said. “Also, we raised money for a local real estate broker who
was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer to help with her medical expenses. Unfortunately, we are not able to donate to everyone, but we try our best to support local people and causes.”
For almost 10 years Panaché Apparel and Accessories has provided those unusual items and personal services that only a local boutique can offer.
“We strive to provide the best customer service and products that are special and unique that cannot be found in major department stores and other local stores,” says owner Rebeca Fairley. “We carry fine lines of apparel, jewelry, handbags, shoes, candles, and other gift items.”
Panaché is proud to provide jobs
in the community and to donate to schools and other local organizations. “If we do not have the support of local shoppers, we can not donate and participate with our community,” Fairley said. “The city taxes we pay go to our city and schools. When people purchase items online or
out of state, it does not support the local community. Shopping locally supports not only me and my family
