KSB Contracting, LLC has been building on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1997. The company specializes in custom homes, remodels and light commercial projects
of all sizes. They build wood frame, steel
and concrete structures.
“Our experience and dedication to the work shows
through in the quality of construction,” said owner Kenny Badurak. “We’ve built in many neighborhoods along the Coast. Now, I feel the housing market here is on the rise. There has never been a better time to build or invest in real estate.”
Some of the neighborhoods where KSB has built include Stanton Place, The Briars, Goosepointe, Taylor Oaks and many professional medical offices and retail rental space. The company does numerous types of projects from custom homes that begin with the planning phase to the final move in, to interior
office build outs for hospitals and surgery centers. “Each project is given the utmost attention to detail and customer satisfaction,” Badurak said. “Our homes have been featured in magazines and on the parade of homes in years past.”
However, the best compliment a builder can have is a referral and a repeat customer. Many of KSB’s customers have used Badurak before or sent friends and family to him.
Current customer Joey Burt said, “We spent nearly
a decade researching how to ‘best’ build our coastal home to take advantage of all that has been uncovered in designing a home to be hurricane resistant. This quest carried over into our choice of an engineer for plans and continued into choosing a builder.”
Living almost four hours away, the Burts knew they wanted a contractor they could trust implicitly. “After consulting with a couple of builders from the
