On the creative side, the starter menu is petit, but loaded with goodness. You are going to love the pickle egg roll! Go ahead, roll your eyes, but when you bite into the whole dill pickle, that has been stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese, and deep fried, and then dipped in a solid habanero ranch sauce, you’ll change your mind.
The sweet beef fries also score high on the innovative scale. You’ll love the sweet potato fries, covered in house made demi glaze brown sugar sauce, and sautéed and seasoned ground beef. The chorizo and sweet potato cakes are also a strong contender.
“Eat Different,” is the restaurant motto, and when you see the line-up of great burgers, you will understand. These six- ounce burgers are loaded with an assortment of delicious options. The BBQ bacon Gouda burger may be the best seller, but who can resist a burger topped with house-made onion jam, or the loaded burger that comes with sautéed onions, smoky bacon, a fried egg, hash browns and Swiss cheese?
There are also a few good wraps on the menu, good sides to choose from, and a selection of salads.
When you just can’t face the same old thing again, check out Café 1310. Innovation, respect for tradition, and just damn good food.
