Michelle Luber Elliott
Michelle Elliott is a Biloxi native and graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. Two weeks after graduating law school, Michelle began working at Brady Law Firm, PLLC, a general practice firm in Long Beach,
where she remains today.
Michelle is a trial attorney, in and out of various
courthouses several times each week. Her areas of civil practice include title confirmation suits, contract disputes, personal injury litigation and all areas of Chancery Court practice, including custody, divorce, estates, guardianships and conservatorships. She also has a criminal practice, defending both misdemeanors and felonies, and she serves as prosecutor for the Long Beach Municipal Court.
Michelle lives in Biloxi with her husband, Chris, their three-year-old son, Parker, and enjoys cheering for the
Ole Miss Rebels and spending time with friends and family.
Her local roots, dedication and diverse practice have established Michelle as a reputable and capable attorney.
