THE SALAD STATION
10598 D’Iberville Blvd., D’Iberville, MS 228.273.2471 www.thesaladstation.com
Founded from humble roots, 20 acres and the dreams of a young farmer, The Salad Station is a legacy four generations in the making. From a strawberry
farm in Louisiana to a fast- growing franchise, The Salad Station has made a name for itself as “more than a salad
bar.”
Les and Elizabeth Barnett
took ownership of the D’Iberville location in August and say that the concept of the restaurant is simple: a salad restaurant providing fresh, local produce combined
with fast service. The friendly atmosphere and unmatched customization options have made this “farm to salad bar” concept a huge hit.
The Barnett family has been in business on the Coast for
the past 50 years, so joining the Salad Station family was an easy transition. The product is one they believe in and that locals love. The restaurant offers ve types of greens and proteins,
28 kinds of veggies, eight cheeses and 16 dressings to choose from, among other toppings. In addition, The Salad Station has a gourmet hot and soup bar, which includes baked potatoes and at least ve types of soup each day.
The salad bar is also available to go in the forms of take
out and catering. Catering packages can be customized to meet your party’s individual needs, but freshness is always guaranteed.
