All Are Welcome Here
Designed by local business owner Anne Madden in response to HB 1523, the mural and corresponding slogan “All Are Welcome Here” has become an unofficial motto for Old Town Bay St. Louis – spotlighting the diverse and welcoming nature of this coastal community. In addition to the mural next to Mockingbird Café, you will see this sign displayed proudly in several storefronts throughout Old Town.

100 Men Hall D.B.A.
100 Men Hall D.B.A, a longtime center of Black social life and entertainment, was built in 1922 by the One Hundred Members’ Debating Benevolent Association. In 2018, current owner Rachel Dangermond commissioned visual artists Wendo and JoLean to paint a mural that represents a visual storyboard of the history of the Hall, recalling performances by legendary artists such as Etta James, Big Joe Turner, Professor Longhair and more.

Greetings From Biloxi
The Greetings From Biloxi mural is a proud addition to the ongoing public art series being commissioned by Biloxi Main Street. Mural artist Cali Rob utilized iconic Coastal Mississippi imagery such as the Biloxi Lighthouse, card games from our world-class casino properties and delicious seafood to create an Instagram- worthy photo experience. Think of it as a vintage postcard come to life!
