The spacious kitchen, informal dining nook and living room are
all about family, plus taking in the gorgeous water view. “I wanted to have the feeling that we’re all together even though it’s a large space with
a high ceiling,” Aimee Seicshnaydre said.
The flooring is antique reclaimed pine as are the beams on the 24-
foot ceiling. A wide brick archway separates the living area from the kitchen and dining space. There are earthy brown tones all around. These colors, along with comfortable seating and bookshelves that were built to simulate antique shelving, give this space the “Southern home” feeling the Seicshnaydres had in mind.

The Anderson home is a stunning blend of Mediterranean, French and traditional bungalow styles with coastal accents.
Cameron Anderson gives a preview of the holiday decorations those taking the tour will find — accents to
make the home feel festive, not fussy. “We will accentuate and delicately embellish the decor and architecture of our home,” she said. “Through layers of lush greenery and garland we will follow the natural clean
lines of the interior and play into the existing color palette through the use of silver, gold and glass notes. When guests enter the home we want them to feel a sense of warmth, saturated in traditional holiday decor with a twist of modern, European and coastal influence.”

The design of the Fore home is a mixture of French country and stucco with a more contemporary feel inside. However, Tricia Fore says the family and kitchen areas are traditional. Guests should take note
of the large solarium in the center of the house.
“The formal dining room is probably my favorite room,” Tricia Fore says. “The walls are light blue and there are shades of gold, dark wooden furniture

and abstract paintings.” She adds that Pat was very involved with the selection of finishes and added color to the home.
The collections of Annie Glass and Peter’s Pottery are of special interest in the Fore home.

The Suits and their three sons have lived in their French Provincial home four years. Their lovely home has a neutral color palette with a decorating style that Leslie describes as rustic modern décor.
“We especially want visitors to take note of our cozy pier overlooking the marsh because it will contain some Christmas surprises,” she said. “Our decorations will flow with the warm, comfortable design of our home. We want anyone who comes inside to feel the joy and happiness that the holiday season creates through beautiful
fresh greenery, crisp twinkling lights, and an eclectic mix of old and new ornaments that have been collected through the years.”
