erika Vincent is well known on the Coast for her charismatic attitude and flash of red hair. You may have
seen her on her show, Jerika’s Showcase, which airs on WLOX ABC Sundays at 6:30 p.m.

Vincent originally started
her show as Jerika’s Fashion Showcase which was inspired by the success of her younger sister Kelli Seymour. “I look up to her and am so proud of all of her accomplishments in the modeling industry,” Vincent
said. “She and I both have a love of fashion, which
is why I started my showcase.”
After her initial success,

show from
scratch. I had
no funding to get
me started, but
the support of the
community has been
a blessing. I began by
making a slide show and inviting 50 people to attend a viewing, but no one signed on right away. After a lot of hard work and proving myself, I’ve had sponsors come on board left and right to help me create my vision.”
Vincent hopes to inspire other women to pursue their dreams. “Never give up,” she urges. “You might get told ‘no’ 100 times before being told ‘yes,’ but
continue to strive for your goals.
If I would have given up when no one signed up for my TV show in the beginning, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
