When Jacqueline Gilich Wilson first got married, she and her husband purchased their first home. She began looking for a job that would help pay the bills and stumbled across an opening at Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals for an Accounts Manager position. Wilson got the job, and over the next 10 years she worked her way up. In May 2021, she had the opportunity to purchase the business. “The rest is history!” she explains.
The best part of the job is working with the team. Most have been with the company for a long time and it brings Wilson joy to watch the company grow and thrive thanks to the staff. Wilson’s business donates what it can to the community, including to local schools for sports and arts, to the humane society, and other organizations.
“What is there not to like about South Mississippi?” she says. “We have it all right here at the palm of our hands! History, entertainment, great food, beaches, Mardi Gras, I could go on and on.”
Wilson is married to her husband, Aaron, and they have a daughter, Caroline Jaye. They also have two fur babies, Lucky and Maggie. She loves traveling with them and spending time on their boat during the summer.
