AMY AND CHUCK WOOD
Amy and Chuck Wood seem to know the Gulf Coast real estate market inside and out, but neither of them started their careers in real estate. Before becoming the owners/brokers of Amy Wood Properties, she was in fashion and special

Amy says that as her children got older, they encouraged her to have a second
career. In 2005 she began a real estate career and in 2010 she opened her own boutique real estate brokerage. Chuck and Amy are grateful for their success and referrals from past clients.
In 2021 and 2022, Amy was the Coast’s only residential agent in the Mississippi Top 4 in volume, according to Real Trends. “This is possible only because of great clients and friends,” she said. “I’m optimistic about 2023, and if someone is planning a move or knows someone who is, we will give them care and attention and welcome them to our Gulf Coast.”
