1902 in the Folk Victorian Craftsman style, the home has a wide, inviting front porch complete with gingerbread trim and
chamfered corners that are tucked beneath a converted reader’s loft — all of which helps maintain the home’s original charm. Other original features include blown glass windows, hardwood floors and high ceilings in the 2,200-square- foot home.
