The world's longest man-made beach, spanning 26 miles, is located along Coastal Mississippi, stretching from Biloxi to Henderson Point in Pass Christian.

6. ROBIN ROBERTS
ABC’s Good Morning America co- anchor Robin Roberts was raised in Pass Christian, graduating salutatorian from Pass Christian High in 1979. Robin’s Nest in the Pass is named in her honor and owned by her sister, Dorothy Roberts.
7. 100 MEN HALL
Built in 1922 by the “One Hundred Members Debating Benevolent Association,” the 100 Men Hall DBA has acted as a center of social life and entertainment for the African American community in Coastal Mississippi. The Hall has played host to major Blues performers including Big Joe Turner, Etta James, and Guitar Slim.

8. ANDERSON FAMILY
Founded in 1928 by Peter Anderson, Shearwater Pottery continues to produce art pottery, utilitarian ware, figurines, decorative tiles, and other pottery pieces. His younger brother, Walter Inglis Anderson, is a renowned artist-philosopher whose depictions of Coastal plants, animals, landscapes, and
people have placed him among the most compelling and singular artists of the 20th century. The Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival, founded 47 years ago in honor of Ocean Springs potter Peter Anderson, attracts over 100,000 people annually and has earned accolades, including “Top 20 Events” by the Southeast Tourism Society. It will take place on November 8 and 9, 2025.
