Our Lady Academy (OLA) in Bay St. Louis is a premier
Catholic college-preparatory school for young women in
grades 7–12. Founded in 1971 and building upon a legacy of
Catholic education that began in 1855, OLA is dedicated to
developing dynamic Christian women and disciples of Jesus
Christ. With approximately 220 students and an 11:1 student-
to-teacher ratio, OLA provides a personalized educational
experience rooted in academic excellence, faith formation,
leadership development, and service. OLA boasts a 100%
graduation rate, with nearly 90% of graduates matriculating
to four-year colleges and universities.
Saint Stanislaus College (SSC) has stood on the shores of the
Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1854, making it the oldest institution of
learning in the region. Founded by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart,
SSC has spent more than 170 years preparing young men—in grades
7 through 12—to lead lives of character, faith, and purpose. With
approximately 330 students and an 8:1 student-to-teacher ratio, SSC
offers the personalized attention of a small school with the resources of
a nationally recognized institution. Ninety-three percent of graduates
go on to attend four-year colleges and universities, and recent senior
classes have collectively earned more than $17 million in scholarships.
