THE BLIND TIGER BILOXI BEACH
If a breezy, open-air eatery with seafood masterpieces, thirst- quenching handmade cocktails, and
a panoramic sunset view are on your to-do list, the Blind Tiger Biloxi Beach checks all the boxes.
The Blind Tiger, affectionally known as TBT by locals, is the beachside brainchild of Chef and Restauranteur Thomas Genin. This seaside escape has a rotating chalkboard menu with only fresh ingredients as the order
of the day, every day. And when a special dish is sold out, it’s wiped from the board.
But you won’t find any steaks here. Also absent from the daily menu is packaged-out-of-the-bag-processed food. What you will discover is
TBT staples like freshly squeezed margarita mix, the renowned Smash Burger with all the fixings, clusters
of Steamed Snow Crab, Royal Red Shrimp found only in the coastal waters, and the most famous Smoked Tuna Dip in the Magnolia State.
And you might be wondering, where does The Blind Tiger get its name?
